摘要
目的探讨运用循证护理模式对脑卒中恢复期患者在社区家庭康复中的干预效果。方法选取80例首发脑卒中患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规组和观察组各40例。常规组采用常规社区家庭康复护理方法,而观察组实施循证护理模式,即采用循证护理路径制定出适合患者的最佳社区家庭康复护理方案。评估两组患者干预前后的心理状态、神经功能缺损程度、日常生活能力和运动功能,比较两组患者干预后的总有效率、生活质量、疾病复发率和护理满意度。结果观察组干预后的总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组干预后的DSI评分、CSS评分、Barthel指数和MAS评分均优于常规组(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后的复发率低于常规组,护理满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在脑卒中恢复期患者的社区家庭康复中,实施循证护理模式能够改善患者的心理状况及运动功和日常生活能力,降低复发率,提高患者生活质量;能够增进护患间信任及和谐关系。
OBJECTIVE To explore the intervention effect of evidence-based nursing model on convalescent stroke patients in community and family rehabilitation.METHODS 80 patients with cerebral apoplexy with the first symptom were selected as research objects.The random number table method was used to divide 40 patients into the routine group and the observation group.The routine group adopted the conventional community and family rehabilitation nursing method,while the observation group implemented the evidencebased nursing model,that is,the best community and family rehabilitation nursing plan suitable for patients was developed by the evidence-based nursing path.Psychological status,neurological impairment degree,daily living ability and motor function before and after intervention of patients in the 2 groups were evaluated,and the total effective rate,quality of life,disease recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction after intervention of patients in these two groups were compared.RESULTS The total effective rate of observation group was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,DSI score,CSS score,Barthel index and MAS score of the observation group were better than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of patients in the observation group after intervention was lower than the conventional group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION In the community and family rehabilitation of patients with cerebral apoplexy convalescence,the implementation of evidence-based nursing model could improve the psychological status,motor function and daily living ability of patients,reduce the recurrence rate and improve the quality of life of patients.It could enhance the trust and harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
