摘要
上皮钙黏素(E-cadherin)是人类上皮细胞的普遍标志,参与形成细胞间黏附性连接。研究发现,E-cadherin表达缺失与包括乳腺癌在内的上皮源肿瘤的转移密切相关。临床研究多围绕乳腺癌不同的组织病理类型、淋巴结状况、TNM分期、组织学分级、分子分型、预后及治疗方案等展开,同时对乳腺癌患者血清中的可溶性E-cadherin意义加以阐述。实验研究则以乳腺癌细胞的侵袭和转移能力、乳腺癌干细胞的形成以及耐药等为重点。这使得E-cadherin在乳腺癌预后评价中的作用更加明确和深入,为提高乳腺癌患者的生存率,改善生存质量提供了新的思路。
E-cadherin is a common marker of human epithelial cells,involved in the formation of intercellular adhesion junctions.Studies have found that the loss of E-cadherin expression is closely related to the metastasis of epithelial-derived tumors,including breast cancer.The clinical researches mostly focus on different histopathological types,lymph node status,TNM stage,histological grade,molecular typing,prognosis and treatment plan of breast cancer.Meanwhile,the significance of soluble E-cadherin in serum of breast cancer patients is elaborated.And the experimental researches are mainly focused on the ability of invasion and metastasis of breast cancer cells,the formation of breast cancer stem cells and the drug resistance of breast cancer cells.Based on these researches,the role of E-cadherin in the prognosis evaluation of breast cancer is clearer and deeper understood,which can provide new ideas to improve the survival rate and life quality of the patients.
