摘要
本文以国有上市企业2007-2017年的面板数据为样本,采用多元回归的方法,实证研究混合所有制改革中民营企业参与度与混改型国有企业绩效之间的影响关系。结果表明:民营企业所有权参与度和控制权参与度均对国有企业绩效产生显著正向影响;在混改型国有企业中,民营企业所有权参与度和控制权参与度对高度混改型国有企业促进作用最大,其次是中度混改型国有企业,对低度混改型国有企业促进作用最小;与民营企业所有权参与度相比,民营企业控制权参与度对混改型国有企业的促进作用更大。根据研究结论提出针对性政策建议,即:努力营造公平竞争环境,大力推进民营资本参与国有企业混改;优化混改型国有企业治理结构,发挥民营企业控制权配置的治理效应;保护企业家产权安全,激发民营企业家精神。
Taking the panel data of China’s state-owned listed companies from 2007 to 2017 as a sample,this paper empirically studies the influence relationship between private enterprises’participation and mixed-type state-owned enterprises’performance by using multiple regression analysis.The results show that the private enterprise ownership participation and control right participation have a significant positive impact on the performance of state-owned enterprises;among the mixed-type state-owned enterprises,private enterprise ownership participation and control right participation have the greatest promotion effect on highly mixed-type state-owned enterprises,followed by moderately mixed-type state-owned enterprises,and have the least promotion effect on low-level mixed-type state-owned enterprises;compared with the private enterprise ownership participation,the private enterprise control right participation has a greater role in promoting mixed-type state-owned enterprise performance.Therefore,based on the results of the study,the author proposes targeted policy recommendations from the aspects of striving to create a fair competition environment to vigorously promote the participation of private capital in the mixed-type reform of state-owned enterprises,optimizing the governance structure of mixed-type state-owned enterprises to exert the governance effect of the allocation of control rights of private enterprises,and protecting the security of entrepreneurs'property rights to stimulate the spirit of private entrepreneurship.
