摘要
目的:观察解结针法治疗围绝经期抑郁状态的临床疗效及对FSH、E2的影响。方法:将90例围绝经期抑郁状态患者随机分成3组,药物组给予口服舍曲林,针刺组在药物组基础上给予常规针刺,解结组在针刺组基础上加用解结针法,观察各组治疗前后HAMD评分、Kupperman评分,血清FSH、E2水平,比较各组临床疗效。结果:解结组治疗的总有效率为86.7%(26/30),针刺组为70.0%(21/30),药物组为56.7%(17/30),解结针组总有效率高于针刺组(P<0.05)、药物组(P<0.01)。治疗后3组患者FSH低于治疗前、E2高于治疗前(P<0.05),且解结组治疗后FSH水平低于针刺组及药物组(P<0.05),E2水平高于针刺组及药物组(P<0.05)。3组患者治疗后Kupperman评分均较治疗前降低,其中针刺组的效果优于药物组(P<0.05),解结组的效果优于针刺组(P<0.05);解结组效果明显优于药物组(P<0.01)。结论:解结针法治疗围绝经期抑郁状态的疗效显著,可有效改善患者不良心理状况,调节激素水平。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiejie acupuncture therapy on perimenopausal depression and its influence to FSH and E2.Methods:90 patients with perimenopausal depression were randomly divided into the medication group,the acupuncture group and the Jiejie acupuncture group.The medication group was treated with Sertraline orally;on which basis,the acupuncture group was also treated with routine acupuncture,and the Jiejie group was treated with Jiejie acupuncture therapy.The scores of HAMD and Kupperman,as well as the levels of FSH and E2 were observed before and after the treatment in the three groups.The clinical efficacy of each group was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the Jiejie acupuncture group was 86.7%(26/30),which was significantly higher than 70.0%(21/30)of the acupuncture group and 56.7%(17/30)of the medication group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The level of FSH was lower and the level of E2 was higher after the treatment than those before the treatment in the groups(P<0.05);the FSH level was significantly lower in the Jiejie acupuncture group than that in the other two groups(P<0.05),and the E2 level was significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).Kupperman scores were decreased after the treatment in the three groups;of which the effect of the acupuncture group was better than that of the medication group(P<0.05);the effect of the Jiejie acupuncture group was better than that of the acupuncture group(P<0.05);the effect of the Jiejie acupuncture group was significantly better than that of the medication group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Jiejie acupuncture therapy has a significant effect on perimenopausal depression,which can effectively improve the patients'psychological state and regulate hormone levels.
