利用MALDI-TOF MS对血流感染病原菌快速鉴定的准确性评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨利用基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)对血流感染病原菌快速鉴定的准确性。方法选取356例(356份)患者的血液样本作为研究对象,分别使用MALDITOF MS与Vitek 2 Compact全自动微生物分析系统(Vitek 2 Compact)对血流感染病原菌进行检测,并以Vitek 2 Compact鉴定结果为金标准,观察MALDI-TOF MS的鉴定符合率。结果在阳性血培养瓶中,革兰阴性菌主要包括大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌复合菌、阴沟肠杆菌复合群、沙门菌群,种水平鉴定符合率为94.64%(212/224);革兰阳性菌主要包括表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、屎肠球菌、粪肠球菌、肺炎链球菌,种水平鉴定符合率为94.62%(88/93)。真菌主要包括白色假丝酵母、热带假丝酵母、近平滑假丝酵母、清酒假丝酵母、光滑假丝酵母、新型隐球菌、克柔假丝酵母、葡萄牙假丝酵母,种水平鉴定符合率为80.00%(24/30),另检出马尔尼菲青霉菌9株,因不做生化鉴定未列入对比。结论利用MALDI-TOF MS对血流感染病原菌快速鉴定具有较高准确率,且检测简便、检测时间短。
