摘要
针对某新能源商用车电池组液冷板系统,采用商用CFD软件进行流场分析,并对其进行散热降温计算和试验验证,最后对液冷板进行设计方案优化。结果表明:采用优化方案后,液冷板电芯最高温度低于温度限值(50℃),电芯之间的温差小于4℃,能够满足电池组的热管理要求,保证电池组工作处在合理温度范围内。
Aiming at the liquid cooling panel system for battery pack of a new energy commercial vehicle,commercial CFD software is used to analyze the flow field,and the heat dissipation and cooling calculation is conducted,as well as the experimental verification. Finally,the design scheme of the liquid cooling panel is optimized. The results show that using the optimal scheme,the maximum temperature of cells do not exceed the limited temperature(50 ℃),and the temperature difference between the cells is less than 4 ℃,which satisfy the requirements of thermal management for the battery pack,and ensure that the battery pack works within a reasonable temperature range.
