摘要 航空机械电磁阀是流体控制系统中的关键组件,承担流量调节与执行控制功能。在复杂工况下,传统电磁阀设计难以同时满足快速响应、精准控制、低功耗与高耐久性的要求,影响航空机电系统的整体优化。为此,提出一种面向航空机械电磁阀的多参数优化设计方案,从流道结构优化、电磁线圈与阀芯匹配调节、选材与密封技术协同优化以及拓扑结构轻量化提升4个方面进行改进。实验证明,优化设计在响应时间、流量控制精度、功耗与寿命方面均优于传统方案,可满足高性能航空机电系统的应用需求。 Aviation mechanical solenoid valves are key components in fluid control systems,responsible for flow regulation and execution control functions.In complex operating conditions,traditional solenoid valve designs are difficult to simultaneously meet the requirements of fast response,precise control,low power consumption,and high durability,which limits the overall optimization of aviation electromechanical systems.To this end,a multi parameter optimization design scheme for aviation machinery solenoid valves is proposed,which improves from four aspects:channel structure optimization,matching adjustment of electromagnetic coils and valve cores,collaborative optimization of material selection and sealing technology,and lightweight improvement of topology structure.Experimental results have shown that the optimized design outperforms traditional solutions in response time,flow control accuracy,power consumption,and lifespan,meeting the application requirements of high-performance aviation electromechanical systems.
