摘要
骆驼担是近现代上海街头最常见的流动摊具之一。其整体空间结构与功能布局分配合理,考虑精细,同时综合了烹饪各环节食材配料的摆放、简单的烹制操作、盛具的陈列摆放以及担子两端重量的平衡关系。其加工工艺主要为传统的热弯技术、竹钉榫技术、打孔卡装和竹篾绳结绑结四种技术,在某些细节方面,透露出传统手工艺制作中的装饰习惯与美学考究。
Camellike shoulder pole in shape is one of the most common mobile stalls in modern Shanghai.Its overall space structure and functional layout are reasonably allocated with careful consideration.At the same time,it integrates the placement of ingredients in each part of cooking,simple cooking operations,display placement of containers,and the balance between the weights of both ends of the pole.The processing technology is mainly four techniques of traditional hot bending technology,bamboo nail tenon technology,punching installation and bamboo reel knot binding.In some details,it reveals the decoration habits and aesthetics of traditional handicraft production.
