摘要
随着城市更新进程的加速,建设活动与历史街区风貌保护之间的张力日益凸显。文章基于过街楼空间理论,以上海涌泉坊为例,探讨居住类建筑在历史语境中的保护与设计策略。首先,对相关概念进行梳理,并阐述过街楼空间理论在居住建筑中的应用意义。其次,针对居住建筑中存在的问题,提出改进策略。最后,得出过街楼空间理论在居住建筑中通过创造具有连接性与过渡性的灰空间,有效提升社区活力并优化居住体验,以期为历史街区保护及更新提供参考和借鉴。
With the acceleration of urban renewal processes,the tension between construction activities and the preservation of historical district landscapes has become increasingly prominent.Based on the theory of over-street building space,this paper takes Shanghai's Yongquan Lane as an example to explore preservation and design strategies for residential building in historical contexts.First,relevant concepts are clarified,and the significance of applying over-street building space theory to residential building is elaborated.Next,strategies for improvement are proposed to address existing issues in residential buildings.Finally,it is concluded that the over-street building space theory,by creating transitional gray spaces with connectivity,effectively enhances community vitality and optimizes living experiences.The study aims to provide references for the preservation and renewal of historical districts.
