小形寄居蟹对干露·盐度的耐受能力及逃生行为研究

摘要 研究了小形寄居蟹(Pagurus minutus)对干露、盐度的耐受能力及其在2种不同条件下的逃生行为策略。结果表明,小形寄居蟹对干露耐受能力较强,干露36 h内均能存活;在干露48 h时后死亡率随着干露时间的延长而增加,当干露至96 h时,则全部个体死亡。小形寄居蟹对盐度的耐受限度极大,在盐度0的淡水中可以短暂生存,当盐度为5~50时,所有个体均可存活72 h以上;当盐度达到55时,48 h后小形寄居蟹开始有个体死亡;当盐度升至65时,24 h后所有个体死亡。小形寄居蟹在螺壳被固定时均会出现弃壳逃生行为,在干燥组和水中组中,大、小个体在12、24和36 h内逃生个体数量没有显著差异(P>0.05);在潮湿组中,12、24和36 h逃生个体数量均有显著差异(P<0.05)。当小形寄居蟹被砂子掩埋1cm时,全部个体可以爬出;当掩埋深度达到3cm时,30 min多数寄居蟹会抛弃螺壳爬到表面;当掩埋深度为6cm时,30 min内只有少数寄居蟹可以抛弃螺壳并爬到表面。 The tolerance of Pagurus minutus to desiccation,salinity and escape strategies under two different conditions were studied.The results showed that the small hermitage crab had a strong tolerance to dry dew and could survive within 36 h of dry dew.After 48 hours of dry dew,the mortality rate increased with the extension of dry dew time;when the dry dew reached 96 h,all individuals died.Small hermit crabs have a maximum tolerance to salinity.They can live for a short time in fresh water with a salinity of 0.When the salinity ranges from 5 to 50,all individuals can live for more than 72 h.When the salinity rose to 65,all individuals died 24 hours later.When the shell was fixed,small hermitage crabs would abandon the shell and escape.In the dry group and the water group,there was no significant difference in the number of large and small individuals escaping within 12,24 and 36 h(P>0.05).In the wet group,there were significant differences in the number of escape individuals at 12,24 and 36 h(P<0.05).When small hermit crabs are buried 1 cm in sand,all individuals can crawl out.When the depth reached 3 cm,most hermit crabs would abandon the shell and climb to the surface for 30 min.When the depth was 6 cm,only a few hermit crabs could abandon the shell and climb to the surface within 30 minutes.
