摘要
本研究以15个树莓品种为试验材料,建立了基于树莓品质指标以及抗氧化能力指标的评价体系,建立了树莓不同品种间品质指标和抗氧化能力系统分析数据,全面检测和对比了不同品种树莓果实品质指标,通过主成分分析与聚类分析结合分析得到,Heritage树莓品种,具有果实品质指标优良、抗氧化能力强的特点,在辽宁地区本品种属于秋季果,可以作为该地区树莓栽种、保鲜和长期贮藏优选品种,为该地区树莓设施栽培和品种选育以及保鲜贮藏提供一定数据支持和指导。
In this study,15 raspberry varieties were used as test materials,and the evaluation system based on raspberry quality indicators and the antioxidant capacity indicators were established.The quality analysis and antioxidant capacity analysis data of different raspberry varieties were established.The quality indicators of different varieties of raspberries are obtained through a combination of principal component analysis and cluster analysis.Heritage raspberry has the characteristics of excellent fruit quality indicators and strong antioxidant capacity.In Liaoning region,this variety belongs to the autumn fruit.Regional raspberry planting,preservation and long-term storage of the preferred varieties,to provide certain data support and guidance for the regional raspberry facility cultivation and breed selection and fresh storage.
