摘要
输出频率高稳定度[1-3]的半导体激光器在激光陀螺、激光通信、原子干涉测量等研究领域应用广泛。搭建饱和吸收稳频和DFDL(Doppler-free Dichroic Lock)稳频实验系统对同一台激光器进行频率锁定,且锁定在同一基准频率上,2s内频率稳定度的Allan方差分别为10-9和10-10。
The semiconductor laser that have high-stability output frequency is widely used in laser gyro,laser communication,atom interferometry and other research fields.The output frequency of the same laser is locked in the same reference frequency by sat urated absorption frequency stabilization syetem and DFDL(Doppler-free Dichroic Lock)frequency stabilization syetem.The Allan Variance of the two frequency stability system within 2S is 10-9 and 10-10,respectively.
