摘要
"但头汗出"在《伤寒论》条文中出现了6次,为了提高临床疗效,通过以证测机和以方测机的方法,把《伤寒论》"但头汗出"的机理归纳为4种,认为"但头汗出"反映出"阳为热邪""阳加于阴谓之汗""头为诸阳之会",以及人体内阳气、阳位、阳性的生理病理特点,临证可根据不同病机辨证组方用药。
The phrase " sweating only on head" appeared six times in the article of Treatise on Febrile Diseases. In order to improve the clinical effect, the mechanism of " sweating only on head" in Treatise on Febrile Diseases is summed up into four kinds by means of syndrome testing and formula testing methods. It is considered that "sweating only on head" reflects that " yang is heat pathogen", " yang acting on yin causes sweating", " head is the confluence of all yang meridians", as well as the physiological and pathological characteristics of yang qi, yang portion and yang in human body, the clinical syndrome can be treated according to different pathogenesis.
