摘要
系统辨证脉学将不同脉象要素结合成为脉象,以表现疾病病机及其发展过程,例如气机脉象系统:浮、粗、散表征气散不收;沉、细、敛表征气机郁闭等。如感受寒邪后,机体阳气不得外出,郁闭于内,化热化火,炼灼津液而生痰,其中寒性凝敛、收引,相应桡动脉管壁张力增高,脉管搏动不能自然舒张而出现寒、敛、刚、沉;内在一派火热痰浊之象,血流层则呈现出热、动、滑、数的脉象特征。慢性疲劳综合征脉象特点,局部脉象:寸细、寒、弱,尺粗、热、强。整体脉象:进多退少、怠、下。阳气以升为健,若此大气受损,不居其位,便会陷走于下,此为大气下陷证,采用益气升阳举陷法治疗,方选升陷汤或补中益气汤。系统辨证脉学运用物理学语言定义脉象要素,表示慢性疲劳综合征的脉象特点,具有数字化信息和病机辨证的优势。这对确定证候特性,回溯还原疾病过程及主要环节(病因、体质、个性等)具有重要意义。
Systematic syndrome differentiation sphygmology combines different pulse elements into pulse condition to show the pathogenesis and development process of disease.For example,in qi movement sphygmology system:floating,thick and loose,indicating that qi is not collected;Sinking,fine and converging,indicating that qi is closed,etc.Another example,after being attacked by cold pathogen,the body′s yang qi cannot go out,stay into and turn heat into fire,refine and burn body fluid and produce phlegm.The cold nature condenses,collects and induces,and the corresponding radial artery wall tension increases.The pulse of the vascular can′t naturally relax,resulting in cold,convergence,rigidity and sinking.There is heat and turbid phlegm inside,and the blood flow layer presents the pulse characteristics of heat,movement,smoothness and quickness.The pulse characteristics of chronic fatigue syndrome are as follows:local pulse:cun thin,cold and weak;guan thick,hot and strong.Overall pulse:more in,less out,slacking off,and loweing.Yang qi is healthy by rising.If yang qi is damaged and doesn′t occupy its place,it will sink down.This is the syndrome of visceroptosis with hyposplenic qi.It can be treated by the method of nourishing qi,rising yang and lifting depression.Yang-Raising Decoction,or Center-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Decoction can be selected.Systematic syndrome differentiation sphygmology uses pulse elements defined by physical language to express the pulse characteristics of chronic fatigue syndrome,which has the advantages of digital information and syndrome differentiation.It is of great significance to determine the characteristics of syndromes,to trace back the process of reducing diseases and the main links(etiology,constitution,personality,etc.).
