摘要 利用不同掺量(1%、1.5%、2%、2.5%)废食用油作为改性剂制备废食用油改性沥青,通过三大指标试验、黏度试验及动态流变剪切试验、弯曲梁流变试验、多重应力蠕变恢复试验,对其物理性能及流变性能进行研究。试验表明:废食用油的添加,针入度有所增加,软化点降低,延度增大,黏度则有所减小,说明了废食用油的添加可以显著改善其低温性能,但对其高温性能有不利影响。同时,由MSCR与DSR的SHRP车辙参数及弯曲流变梁试验可以得出:废食用油的添加会降低沥青的抗车辙能力,从而对其高温稳定性有不利影响。当控制其掺量在2%以内时,其影响很小,同时可提高其低温性能。 Waste edible oil modified asphalt is prepared by using waste edible oil with different content(1%,1.5%,2%,2.5%)as modifier.By the three major index tests,viscosity test,dynamic rheological shear test,bending beam rheological test,multiple stress creep recovery test,its physical properties and rheological properties is studied.Tests show that the addition of waste edible oil result in an increase in penetration,a decrease in softening point,an increase in ductility and a decrease in viscosity,which indicating that the addition of waste edible oil significantly improve low temperature performance,but has an adverse effect to high temperature performance.At the same time,the SHRP rutting parameters of MSCR and DSR and curved rheological beam test can conclude:the presence of waste edible oil reduces the rutting resistance of asphalt and thus adversely affects its high temperature stability.When the dosage is controlled within 2%,the effect is small and the low temperature performance can be improved.
