摘要
糖精苄铵酰胺是目前已知的世界上最苦的2种物质之一,将其加入到甲醇、工业油脂和易被误食的有毒日用、车用的农用化学品中,可使之具有苦味,从而能防止人们误食。以苯酸苄铵酰胺水溶液和糖精钠为原料,用蒸馏水,一步后处理得到糖精苄铵酰胺。该方法省去了大量的溶剂,降低了生产成本,简化了合成工艺,减少了废液排放,使之更有利于工业化生产和提高生产效益。
Denatonium saccharide is one of the two bitterest substances known in the world.By adding it to methanol,industrial oils and toxic household and vehicular agricultural chemicals that are easily ingested,it gives them a bitter taste and prevents people from ingesting it.Denatonium saccharide was prepared from denatonium benzoate aqueous solution and saccharin sodium with distilled water through one-step post-treatment.This method has the advantages of saving a lot of solvent,reducing the production cost,simplifying the synthesis process,reduc the discharge of waste liquid,and is more conducive to industrial production and improving production efficiency.
