摘要
针对当前国内养殖圈舍建筑存在技术水平不高、建设标准不统一、施工效率低、施工质量参差不齐等诸多问题,本文分析了全装配养殖场中的典型结构--排污结构体系的受力情况及施工可行性,设计并制作了两种共10组装配式预制结构的等比例试件,进行装配式施工试验,包括结构吊装找坡、坡度与平整度复核、竖向抗压沉降试验及抗渗性能试验。结果表明:该装配式结构体系,竖向抗压承载能力、抗渗能力均满足正常使用要求;结构整体性良好,建筑使用周期长;施工技术先进,施工效率高;建设成本低,极具推广应用的意义。
In view of there are present many problems in the construction of domestic breeding houses, such as low technical level, inconsistent building standards, low construction efficiency, and uneven construction quality. According to the stress and construction feasibility of sewage dung ditch system, this article provided a typical component in a new fully assembled farm, two kinds of equal scale test pieces of 10 assembly prefabricated dung ditch systems were designed and made, and the simulation test of assembly construction was carried out. Including the structural lifting slope, slope and leveling review,vertical pressure settlement test and impermeability test. The results showed that this system satisfied for the normal load requirements of vertical pressure bearing capacity and seepage resistance, good structural integrity, long building life cycle.Advanced construction technology, high construction efficiency, low construction cost, had the significance of promotion and application.
