摘要
以暗柳橙和红暗柳橙果实为试验材料,分析果实发育过程中CsAN1、CsPH8的表达和柠檬酸含量变化关系;以温州蜜柑与椪柑为实验材料,探讨不同因素对CsAN1、CsPH8表达水平和可滴定酸含量的影响。结果表明:(1)CsAN1与CsPH8表达水平、柠檬酸含量变化之间存在相关性。(2)不同因素对CsAN1、CsPH8表达水平和可滴定酸含量有一定影响。其中,矿质元素镁、氮、钙有显著上调CsAN1表达和增加可滴定酸含量的作用,矿质元素磷、钾有显著下调CsAN1表达和降低可滴定酸含量的作用;覆膜处理中,黑色遮阳网与白色防虫网均有显著上调CsAN1表达和增加可滴定酸含量的作用,但黑色遮阳网效果更为突出;ABA注射处理可显著上调CsAN1与CsPH8的表达,可滴定酸含量也相应增加;而随着温度的逐渐升高,椪柑与温州蜜柑果实中CsAN1均持续下调表达,这一研究结果也与前人相似。
The relationship between Cs AN1, Cs PH8 and citric acid content during fruit development was analyzed by using Anliu and HongAnliu sweet orange fruits as experimental materials. Then, using Satsuma Orange and Pokan as experimental materials, discussed the effects of different factors on Cs AN1, Cs PH8 expression levels and titratable acid content. The results showed that:(1) There was a correlation between Cs AN1 and Cs PH8 expression levels and citric acid content changes.(2) Different factors have certain effects on the expression levels of Cs AN1, Cs PH8 and titratable acid content. Among them, the mineral elements magnesium, nitrogen and calcium significantly up-regulated the expression of Cs AN1 and increased the titratable acid content. The mineral elements phosphorus and potassium significantly down-regulated the expression of Cs AN1 and decreased the titratable acid content;In the film treatment, black shading net and white insect net have significantly increased the expression of Cs AN1 and increased the titratable acid content, but the black shading net effect is more prominent;ABAinjection treatment can significantly up-regulate the expression of Cs AN1 and Cs PH8,and the titratable acid content also increases accordingly;With the gradual increase of temperature, the expression of Cs AN1 in the fruits of Pokan and Satsuma Orange were continuously down-regulated, and the results were similar to those of the predecessors.
