摘要
目的:探究医院-社区-家庭三元联动护理平台在鼻咽癌患者治疗依从性、心理状态及生存质量的影响。方法:选取2017年7月-2019年5月本院收治的80例鼻咽癌患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用医院-社区-家庭三元联动护理平台。比较两组治疗依从性、护理前后心理状态及生存质量。结果:护理前,两组治疗依从性、各项心理状态及生存质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组治疗依从性优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组各项心理状态评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组各项生存质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医院-社区-家庭三元联动护理平台可有效改善鼻咽癌患者的治疗依从性、心理状态及生存质量,在鼻咽癌患者中的应用价值更高。
Objective: To investigate the effect of hospital-community-family ternary linkage nursing platform for the treatment compliance, psychological status and life quality of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Method: A total of 80 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma from July 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research object. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given the hospital-community-family ternary linkage nursing platform. The treatment compliance, psychological status and life quality before and after nursing of the two groups were compared. Result: Before nursing, there were no significant differences between the two groups in treatment compliance, all psychological status and quality of life score(P>0.05). After nursing, The treatment compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the all psychological status scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the all quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The hospital-community-family ternary linkage nursing platform can effectively improve the treatment compliance, psychological status and life quality of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and has higher application value in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
