摘要
目的探讨四川大学华西医院近年来专利及科技成果转化情况,为大型综合医院促进科技成果转化提供参考。方法对2006—2018年该院专利及成果转化数据进行统计,采用SPSS 19.0统计学软件对数据进行χ2检验分析和描述性分析。结果2006—2018年华西医院专利申请数和授权数逐年上涨,分别为1973项及1152项;授权专利中发明专利占19.81%,实用新型专利占80.19%,无外观设计专利,三者所占比例差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);获授权专利第一发明人过半数来自护理学科,占57.83%;拥有中级及以上职称人员占87.64%;科技成果共转化119项,转化率为10.43%;成果转化方式主要有转让、许可及作价投资三种途径,分别占22.69%、28.57%、48.74%;共签订转化合同57份,合同金额小于100万元及超过1000万元的份数分别占总份数的57.89%和17.54%;成果转化定价方式以协议定价为主,占转化项数的51.26%。结论华西医院的专利及科技成果转化工作整体趋势良好,经多年的探索和实践成绩显著;但仍然面临存量专利多、专利转化价值不高的问题,培育高价值专利工作刻不容缓。
Objective To investigate the practice and existing barriers in technological achievements transformation of West China Hospital of Sichuan University(WCH),in order to provide reference for promoting technological achievements transformation in large comprehensive hospitals.Methods The data of patents and technological achievements transformation of WCH during 2006-2018 were collected and analyzed byχ2 test and descriptive analysis with SPSS 19.0.Results From January 2006 to December 2018,the number of patent applications(1973 cases)and patent authorizations(1152 cases)showed a growing trend.Specifically,among all the authorized patents,there were significant differences in the percentages of invention patents(19.81%),utility model patents(80.19%)and design patents(0%)(P<0.05).More than half of the patent inventors came from nursing field(57.83%),and a majority were staff with intermediate titles or above,accounting for 87.64%of the total number.During 2006-2018,the number of technological achievements transformed was 119,with a transformation rate of 10.43%.Technological achievements were transformed through the means of assignment,license or investment by evaluation,accounting for 22.69%,28.57%,and 48.74%,respectively.Over the 13 years,WCH signed 57 contracts concerning achievements transformation,of which those valued 1 million RMB or less accounted for 57.89%and those valued 10 million RMB or more accounted for 17.54%.Moreover,51.26%of the technological achievements were priced by consensus-transfer pricing.Conclusion Through years of accumulation,WCH has fulfilled fruitful accomplishments in technological achievements transformation.However,the hospital is still facing such problems as excessive existing patents and low-value patents.Accordingly,stimulating high-value patents is a feasible way to solve the problems.
