摘要
目的:探究行为导向法应用于初产妇护理中对产妇母乳喂养、育儿技能的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月本院初产妇80例为研究对象,按照信封分组法随机分为对照组(n=40,给予常规护理)及观察组(n=40,给予行为导向法),比较两组初产妇自我效能、育儿技能、母乳喂养等情况。结果:观察组母乳喂养率为97.50%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后3个月,两组乳房胀痛护理、挤奶方法、新生儿接乳姿势、哺乳姿势及母乳喂养总评分均高于入院时,且观察组上述评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后3个月,两组臀部护理、新生儿沐浴、脐带护理、育儿技能总评分均高于入院时,且观察组上述评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后3个月,两组BSES评分均高于入院时,且观察组BSES评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在初产妇中应用行为导向法,能够有效提高母乳喂养率,提高育儿技能,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of behavior oriented method on the breastfeeding and parenting skills in the nursing of primipara.Method:A total of 80 primiparas in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to envelope grouping method,they were randomly divided into control group(n=40,given routine nursing)and observation group(n=40,given behavior oriented method).The self-efficacy,parenting skills and breastfeeding of primipara were compared between the two groups.Result:The breast feeding rate of the observation group was 97.50%,significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after delivery,the scores of breast pain nursing,milking method,sucking posture,suckling posture and breastfeeding total score in the two groups were higher than those in the admission,the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after delivery,the scores of hip care,newborn bathing,umbilical cord care and parenting skills total score in the two groups were higher than those in the admission,and the above scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after delivery,the scores of BSES in both groups were higher than those at admission,the BSES score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of behavior oriented method in primipara can effectively improve the rate of breast-feeding and the skills of child care,which is worth popularizing.
