摘要
目的探究个体化产程管理对初产妇配合度及分娩方式的影响。方法将120例初产妇按时间段分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组行常规产程管理;观察组行个体化产程管理,包括待产姿势、产程活动管理,宫缩管理,促进自然分娩和情绪管理。结果观察组分娩配合度、分娩方式显著优于对照组,自然分娩产妇产程显著短于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论对初产妇实施个体化产程管理可提高其分娩配合度和自然分娩率,优化分娩方式,缩短产程。
Objective To explore the effect of individualized labor process management on cooperation and delivery mode in primiparas.Methods A total of 120 primiparas were divided into a control group and an observation group chronologically,with 60 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional labor process management,while the observation group received individualized labor process management,which included childbearing position and labor process activity management,uterine contraction management,promoting natural childbirth and emotional management.Results The cooperation degree and delivery mode of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the labor process of the natural childbirth primiparas was significantly shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The implementation of individualized labor process management for primiparas can improve their cooperation degree and the rate of natural childbirth,optimize the delivery mode and shorten the satge of labor.
