摘要
越共十二大以来,为了防止干部在国际国内严峻挑战下出现"自我演变""自我转化"等问题,越南党和政府从政治思想、革命道德、反腐败斗争、干部工作环节等方面采取多项措施推进干部建设,体现了筑牢政治思想防线、修养道德品质内涵、狠抓落实反腐败行动、健全干部工作环节等干部建设经验。
Since the Twelfth National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam,in order to prevent cadres from appearing"self-evolution"and"self-transformation"under the severe international and domestic challenges,the Vietnamese Communist Party and the Vietnamese government have struggled from political thought,revolutionary morality and anti-corruption.Various measures have been taken in the work of cadres to promote the construction of cadres,embodying the experience of building cadres such as building political and political defense lines,cultivating moral quality connotations,and vigorously implementing anti-corruption actions and improving cadres'work links.
