摘要
在乡村振兴、扶贫脱贫攻坚战的背景下,如何打造宜业、宜居、宜游的特色小镇,保持生态环境和经济发展协调统一,成为社会各界关注的热点和发展难点。以江西省级历史文化名镇宜黄县棠阴古镇为例,结合其资源特色和历史文化,运用慢游理论,从特色小镇与慢游关系角度,分析建设特色小镇建设的基本要素与实施路径。为促进新农村建设,实现社会、经济与生态文明的协调统一,促进城乡一体化发展,全民共享发展成果提供可操作性的发展思路。
In the context of rural revitalization and poverty alleviation,it has become a focus and difficulty for all sectors of society to build characteristic towns that are suitable for business,living and traveling while maintaining the harmony between ecological environment and economic development.Taking Tangyin,an ancient town of Yihuang county and a famous provincial historical and cultural town in Jiangxi province,as an example,and based on the theory of“Slow Travel”,this paper gives a detailed analysis to its resources characteristics and historical culture and makes a deep exploration into the basic elements and implementation path of construction of characteristic towns from the perspective of relationship between characteristic towns and“Slow Travel”,and provides some feasible ideas to speed up the construction of new rural areas,achieve a unification and harmonization of social,economic and ecological civilization,promote the integration of urban and rural development,and realize the sharing of the fruits of development for the whole people.
