摘要
美丽乡村多功能建设是新时期农村工作的一项系统性的重大战略工程。高效推进乡村的生产、生活、生态和文化四大功能的建设,对国家生态文明建设、统筹城乡协调发展与城镇化改革具有重要意义。价值工程是对研究对象的功能与成本进行系统分析,以获取最高综合收益的管理思想。文章创新性地将价值工程引入美丽乡村多功能建设领域,通过对乡村多功能进行系统分析与评价,提高美丽乡村建设的综合效益,推进乡村振兴战略与国家社会、经济与生态的可持续发展。
The multifunctional construction of beautiful countryside is a systematic and important strategic project of rural areas in the new era. Effectively promoting the construction of rural production, life, ecology, and culture plays an important role in the national ecological progress, the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, as well as urbanization reform. Value engineering is a management idea which systematically analyzes the function and cost of the research object, in order to obtain the highest comprehensive income. This article innovatively applies the principle of value engineering to the field of multifunctional construction of beautiful countryside. Through the systematic analysis and evaluation of multifunctional countryside, this article tries to improve the comprehensive benefits of the construction of beautiful countryside, carry out the rural revitalization strategy, and promote the sustainable development of society, economy, and ecology.
