摘要
茅山生态圈是以茅山风景区为中心延伸形成的面积超过50km2的自然区域,承担着重要的生态功能。圈内多数村镇底子薄、基础差、起步晚,且地理、气候、生态资源各异,经济水平差别较大,农村面临着产业匮乏、人口老龄化、基础设施差、环境保护乏力等诸多问题,急需探索出一条符合当地实情的乡村振兴之路。该研究以生态圈内句容市茅山镇乡村振兴实践为例,总结了其乡村振兴的发展实践,分析了存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策建议,以期为茅山生态圈的产业经济发展,生态环境保护,红色文化、传统文化的弘扬,打造“绿水青山就是金山银山”的“茅山模式”提供指导,同时为其他经济欠发达地区的乡村振兴实践提供参考借鉴。
Maoshan ecological circle is a natural area with more than 50 square kilometers extending from Maoshan scenic area,which bears an important ecological function.Most villages and towns in the circle are in poor founda tion,late start,different geography,climate,ecological resources and different economic levels.Rural areas are faced with many problems,such as lack of industry,aging population,poor infrastructure,and weak environmental protec tion.Taking the practice of Rural Revitalization of Maoshan town in Jurong City as an example,this study summariz es the practice of Rural Revitalization and development,analyzes the existing problems in depth,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,with a view to providing guidance for the industrial economic development,ecologi cal environment protection,red culture and traditional culture of Maoshan ecological circle,and building the"Maoshan model"of"green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains".Meanwhile pro vides guidance for the practice of Rural Revitalization in other underdeveloped areas for reference.
