摘要
齿轮作为各类机械传动系统的核心,在工作过程中的稳定性和可靠性直接决定着机械设备运行的可靠性和安全性。因此,针对机械设备对传动精度和寿命要求的不断提升,提出了一种新的磨齿修形方法。运用该方法,极大地提升了齿轮的齿形精度,能够显著降低在啮合过程中的齿顶边缘接触现象,降低振动冲击,提升齿轮的使用寿命。
As the core of all kinds of mechanical transmission systems,the stability and reliability of gears in the working process directly determine the reliability and safety of mechanical equipment operation.Therefore,in view of the continuous improvement of transmission accuracy and life requirements of mechanical equipment,a new method of tooth grinding modification is proposed.By using this method,the tooth shape accuracy of gear is greatly improved,and the contact phenomenon of tooth top edge during meshing can be significantly reduced,the vibration shock can be reduced,and the service life of gear can be improved.
