摘要
针对传统的煤矿用掘进机伸缩式切割机构因在作业时切割机构框架和传动部件容易受损而降低使用寿命的问题,设计了一种煤矿用掘进机伸缩式切割机构的抱紧装置及采用该装置的掘进机伸缩机构。对抱紧装置和伸缩机构的结构、原理、优势进行了分析。本设计能消除伸缩滑动副之间的间隙,提高切割机构的刚性,降低切割时的振动冲击,减少磨损。
Aiming at the problem that the frame and transmission parts of the cutting mechanism are damaged easily in the operation of the traditional roadheader telescopic cutting mechanism,and thus the service life of the cutting mechanism is reduced,a tightening device of the roadheader telescopic cutting mechanism and a roadheader telescopic mechanism are designed.The structure,principle and advantages of the fastening device and telescopic mechanism are analyzed.This design can eliminate the gap between the telescopic sliding pairs,improve the rigidity of the cutting mechanism,reduce the vibration impact when cutting,and reduce the wear.
