摘要
当前,农村经济是我国整体经济发展中的一块短板。农业供给侧结构性改革已成为实施乡村振兴战略的重要推动。文章从农业发展在土地、劳动力、农业经营组织管理、财政支农资金等供给要素视域入手,通过实证研究,定性分析,找出存在的问题与原因,在此基础上,提出农村经济改革的对策和建议,破除体制机制障碍,为培育农业农村发展新动能释放新活力。
At present,the rural economy is a short board in the overall economic development of our country.Agricultural supply-side structural reform has become an important impetus to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.Starting from the perspective of supply factors such as land,labor force,agricultural management organization and financial support for agriculture,this paper identifies the existing problems and causes of agricultural development based on empirical research and qualitative analysis.On this basis,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for rural economic reform,removes obstacles of system and mechanism,and releases new vitality for cultivating new momentum of agricultural and rural development.
