摘要
以宁杞1号、宁杞5号、宁杞7号、宁杞9号、宁农杞0909为试验材料,研究5种滴灌量对枸杞光合生理指标及产量因子的影响。结果表明:不同的滴灌量对不同枸杞品种的影响差异显著。不同品种在不同滴灌量条件下的光合特性规律基本一致,净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度以W2处理最高,W5处理次之,W4处理最低;叶片温度、蒸腾速率恰好相反,W2处理最低,W4和W5处理最高。枸杞产量上,W5处理显著提高了宁杞1号、宁杞7号及宁农杞0909的产量(P<0.05),分别比对照增产31.55%、22.35%和8.33%;W2处理对宁杞5号的产量贡献作用大,比对照增产8.57%,比其他处理平均增产28.2%;W3处理极显著提高了宁杞9号的产量(P<0.01),比对照增产44.57%。说明,合适的滴灌量是节约水资源并使枸杞获得高产的关键。
The photosynthetic characteristics and yield components of wolfberry were studied with Ningqi No.1, Ningqi No.5,Ningqi No.7, Ningqi No.9 and Ningnongqi 0909 as test materials. The results showed that irrigation treatments affected obviously the characteristics and yield above in five kinds of wolfberry. The photosynthetic characteristics of different varieties under different drip irrigation conditions were basically the same. The net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, and intercellular CO2 concentration were highest in W2 treatment, followed by W5 treatment, and lowest in W4 treatment. Leaf temperature and transpiration rate were just the opposite, W2 treatment was the lowest and W4 and W5 treatment were the highest. When treated with W5, the yield of Ningqi No.1, Ningqi No.7 and Ningnongqi 0909(P<0.05) increased by 31.55%,22.35% and 8.33%, respectively, compared with the control. Ningqi No.5 had the highest yield when treated with W2, and increased by 8.57% compared with the control and by 28.2% compared with the other treatments average yield. Ningnongqi9 had the highest yield when treated with W3(P<0.01), which was significantly different from the control and increased by44.57%. It is proved that the proper amount of drip irrigation was the key to saving water resources and making wolfberry more productive and efficient.
