摘要
盆栽条件下以三种梯度控水处理两个多月的6种植物,解剖观察其组织建成情况。发现水分状况对细胞组织建成有影响,且不同组织所受影响的程度不同。其中,轻度干旱(70%供水)与充分供水(100%)条件下所观察的多数组织发育良好,而中度干旱(40%供水)则组织发育不佳。证明即使对早生植物,幼苗期足够的供水也是必须的。有关植物导性结构以及不同水分状况下植物内部结构差异的报道,近些年来日渐增多[1-5]但不同水分状况下,引起植物体细胞组织规律性的变化却少见报道[6],特别是人工控制条件下,水分变化对植物细胞组织建成的影响,迄今未见报道。而揭示这一相应变化的规律,对进一步认识植物与水分的关系,植物体如何通过内部结构适应干旱环境等一系列悬而未决的问题具有重要意义。本文以实验解剖学方法,盆栽、控水对6种干旱地区具代表性植物的细胞组织进行观察测定,力图从定量角度向揭示这一规律的方向迈进一步。
he formation of tissues among 6 species of plant which were controled in water supply for more than two months under potted condition were determinde. These plants are:Haloxylon ammodendron, H. persicum, Calligonum caput-medusae, C. rubieundum,Elaegnus anguslifolia, and Ulmus pumila. The three degrees of water supply are: 100%, 70%and 40%.The result makes known that:the water can effect the formation of plant tissues and the results of water effect are different. The tissues can develop well under 100%or 70% of water supply. But they cann't develop well under 40%of water supply. The result also fully proves that:it is necessary to give enough water supply to the seedlings, even these plants are xerophytes.
