摘要
利用有限元分析软件,对某磁浮项目中的维护牵引车转向架在运行中的极限工况进行了静强度校核,同时使用Goodman-smith疲劳极限曲线图法对构架进行了疲劳强度评定。从而证明了设计的合理性,为后续结构的改进和优化提供了理论依据,为同类型转向架的设计研发提供了参考。
The static structure strength of the frame of a locomotive bogie for facilities maintenance in a maglev project in ultimate conditions was evaluated through finite element analysis software, and the fatigue strength evaluation of the frame was assessed by Goodman-smith fatigue limit curve diagram. This study provides the theoretical certification of feasibility in this project and theoretical evidence for further promotion and optimization, as well as valuable reference for the design of the same types of bogie.
