摘要
高职教育承担着为经济建设和社会发展培养大量专业人才和高素质劳动者的重任,21世纪以来,我国高职教育蓬勃发展,迅速成为高等教育的半壁江山。在经济全球化的背景下,国际竞争日趋激烈,“一带一路”倡议的提出,国际化人才的大量需求,又为我国高职教育拓展了新的发展空间。高职教育国际化既是培养高层次人才、服务国家战略的重要支撑,也是提升国家软实力的重要载体和国家开放包容的重要体现,必须适应国际化的需要,培养具有国际视野和国际竞争力的技术技能型人才。高职教育的国际化发展是经济全球化和“一带一路”倡议下的必然选择,也是中国为世界职业教育发展贡献的中国智慧和中国方案。以“一带一路”倡议为切入点,分析当前高职院校国际化面临的机遇和挑战,在此基础上研究当前高职院校国际化发展的思路与策略,探究高职院校国际化的选择和路径,以促进高职教育国际化的进一步发展,提升中国高职教育的国际影响力。
Higher vocational education bears the important responsibility of cultivating high-qualified laborers and specialists for economic construction and social development.Since the 21st century,higher vocational education in China has flourished.In the context of economic globalization,international competition is becoming more and more fierce,meanwhile,the Belt and Road initiative was proposed,and the large demand for international talents has opened up new development space for Chinese higher vocational education.The internationalization for higher vocational education is not only an important support for training high-level talents and the national strategy,but also an important carrier of improving the soft power of our country and shows China's openness and inclusiveness.Therefore,it is necessary to adapt to the demand of internationalization and cultivate skilled personnel with international vision and competitiveness.The international development of higher vocational education is an inevitable choice under the economic globalization and the Belt and Road initiative,and it is also China's plan and Chinese wisdom for the development of world vocational education.From the perspective of the Belt and Road initiative,this paper analyzes challenges and opportunities facing the internationalization of higher vocational colleges.Based on this,this paper studies notions and strategies of internationalizing and explores the choices and the paths of internationalization for higher vocational colleges in order to promote further developing of internationalization for higher vocational education and enhance international influence of Chinese higher vocational education.
