摘要
面向世界培养卓越工程师是"卓越计划"的一项重要历史使命,需要所有参与高校的重视和实施。本文试图系统地讨论和研究面向世界培养卓越工程师这一重要专题,包括这项使命的重要性、卓越工程师培养定位、构建国际化的课程体系、采取国际化的教学方式、改革外语教学、建立国际化的教师队伍、实施多模式国际合作办学、开展国际化产学研合作教育、开展广泛的国际交流、营造国际化的学习环境、国际化中的民族性和本校特色等11个方面,以期为"卓越计划"参与高校开展面向世界培养卓越工程师的工作提供建议和参考。
Outstanding Engineers′training for the world is an important historical mission of ＂ Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers（PETOE）＂,which needs all involved universities to pay attention to and carry out.The paper tries to discuss and study the important issue systematically,including the importance of the mission,Outstanding Engineers′cultivation orientation,the construction of internationalization curriculum system,taking internationalization teaching methods,the reformation of foreign language teaching,the building of an international teachers′team,the implementation of international cooperation in running schools more mode,the carrying out of international cooperation of combination education,the promotion of extensive international exchange,the setting of international learning environment,nationality and university characteristics in internationalization,etc.in the hope of providing advice and reference for PETOE involved universities.
