摘要
目的:探讨多种眼表因素异常在糖尿病干眼症发病中的作用。方法:对107例汉族(乌鲁木齐市)2型糖尿病患者存在的干眼症状及有关的眼表因素(泪液基础分泌、泪膜稳定性、泪液性状、角膜上皮完整性)检查结果量化后进行单因素及多因素的非条件Logistic回归分析。结果:泪膜稳定性下降(P=0.020,OR=12.268),泪液基础分泌量减少(P=0.007,OR=5.398),与糖尿病人干眼症发生呈显著正相关,差异有统计学意义。结论:泪膜稳定性下降、泪液基础分泌量减少在汉族2型糖尿病患者干眼症的发病中起一定作用。
Objective： To explore the relationship between multivariate ocular factors and the development of dry eye in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods： One hundred and six cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected and evaluated with a series of ocular testing of the Schirmer Ⅰ, the tears film stability, the staining with fluorescein sodium on cornea and the tears ferning. A questionnaire about dry eye was surveyed. Oneway and multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the relation between multivariate ocular factors and the development of dry eye in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results： The unsta- ble tears flilm （P=0. 020, OR=12.268） and the decrease of basal tears secretion （P=0. 007, OR=5. 398）had positive relationship with the development of dry eye in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusion：Our date showed that the unstable tear flilm and the decrease of basal tears secretion might play a role in the development of dry eye in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
