摘要
矿用双钩提升机最大静张力差现场检测时,其工况点的分析是一大难点。在明确缠绕式双滚筒、落地摩擦式、塔式摩擦3种常用双钩提升机结构及运输原理的基础上,以立井双钩提升机为研究对象,对各类不同条件下、不同提升容器时的最大静张力差工况点进行分析。通过示例分析,为有效确定最大静张力差工况点提供参考,进而为提升机最大制动力矩的计算提供准确依据。
When the maximum static tension difference of mine double hook hoist is detected on site,the analysis of its working point is difficult.Based on the analysis of the structure and transportation principle of three kinds of commonly used double hook hoists,such as winding type,floor friction type and tower friction type,taking the vertical shaft double hook hoist as the research object,the working points of the maximum static tension difference under different conditions and different lifting containers were analyzed.The example analysis can provide a reference for the effective determination of the maximum static tension difference operating point,and then provide an accurate basis for the calculation of the maximum braking torque of the hoist.
