摘要
目的:观察熄风定颤汤治疗肝肾阴虚型帕金森病异动症的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年2月至2018年6月许昌市中医院门诊及住院治疗的患者,均诊断为肝肾阴虚型帕金森病,且出现异动症,将70例帕金森病患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组35例。对照组给予多巴丝肼片、吡贝地尔口服治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用熄风定颤汤治疗。结果:对照组有效率为34.28%,治疗组有效率为77.14%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后日常活动积分、异动症持续时间、运动功能积分、异动症总积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血尿酸低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后超氧化物歧化酶水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:熄风定颤汤治疗肝肾阴虚型帕金森病异动症,能改善患者尿酸、超氧化物歧化酶水平及患者临床症状。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Wind-Removing and Quiver-Calming Decoction on Parkinson's disease dyskinesia with yin deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods:A total of 70 patients were all diagnosed as Parkinson's disease dyskinesia with yin deficiency of liver and kidney in the outpatients and inpatients of Xuchang Hospital of TCM from February 2014 to June 2018 were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method,with 35 in each group.The control group was treated with Medoba Tablet and Pipedil orally,while the treatment group was treated with Wind-Removing and Quiver-Calming Decoction on the basis of the control group.Results:The effective rate was 34.28%in the control group and 77.14%in the treatment group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of daily activity,duration of dyskinesia,motor function and total dyskinesia in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serum uric acid in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the level of superoxide dismutase in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wind-Removing and Quiver-Calming Decoction has a remarkable efficacy on Parkinson's disease dyskinesia with yin deficiency of liver and kidney,can improve the levels of uric acid,superoxide dismutase and clinical symptoms.
