摘要
目前慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的中医辨证分型尚无统一标准,一般认为主要包括湿热内结证、肝郁脾虚证、肝肾阴虚证、瘀血阻络证、脾肾阳虚证5种。近年来,大量研究发现CHB的中医证型与非结合胆红素(IBIL)、总胆红素(TBIL)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、HBsAg、HBeAg、HBV-DNA、机体免疫状态、细胞因子、肝脏病理及影像学指标存在一定的相关性。本文就CHB的中医证型及其与上述指标的相关性进行综述,旨在为CHB辨证分型的客观化研究提供参考依据,以提高CHB的中医诊治水平。
At present,there is no unified standard for the classification of TCM syndromes in chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Generally,it is generally considered to include damp-heat internal syndrome,liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,blood stasis obstruction syndrome,spleen and kidney yang deficiency 5 kinds of certificates.In recent years,a large number of studies have found that the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of CHB and unbound bilirubin(IBIL),total bilirubin(TBIL),γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),HBsAg,HBeAg,HBV-DNA,the body are some correlations among immune status,cytokines,liver pathology and imaging indicators.This article reviews the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types of CHB and their correlation with the above indicators,and aims to provide a reference for the objective study of the syndrome differentiation of CHB to improve the diagnosis and treatment of CHB.
