摘要
对沁水县煤炭资源在两轮资源整合前后的开发利用情况进行调查研究,论述了资源整合的必要性、合理性,并对整合后煤炭资源开发利用中存在的问题进行了探讨。
Since 2005, two rounds of coal resources integration have been carried out under local government’s leadership in Qinshui county. An investigation research has been made on coal resources development and application after and before the two rounds of coal resources integration. The necessity and rationality of resources integration is analyzed, and the main existing problems during the resources integration process is discussed.
