摘要
企业是一个由多方要素共同作用下的整体性系统,这一系统当中涉及到人力资源、物力资源、财力资源、信息资源、技术资源以及管理资源多个方面的内容。实现资源的整合优化是煤炭企业管理发展的基础与关键所在。文章首先针对煤炭企业管理中资源整合优化的目标与标准进行了简要分析,在此基础之上详细研究了煤炭企业管理中资源整合优化的应对措施,旨在为我国煤炭企业管理工作提供参考与借鉴。
