摘要
人口老龄化问题已经成为我国较为突出的现实问题,而在老年人生活服务中,老年教育在几十年发展历程中也收获了一些成绩。在新时代终身学习理念下,如何结合当代老年教育发展需求,结合老年人生活服务需求,构建更完善的老年教育体系,促进我国老年教育不断完善地健康运行,已经成为当前社会教育中的重要问题之一。基于终身学习理念,以河北省高职院校老年教育功能及运行机制为研究内容,重点探讨了我国老年教育的发展、构建与完善问题,旨在进一步提升我国老年教育发展水平,强化终身学习理念在我国的贯彻落实。
The problem of ageing population has become an outstanding realistic problem in our country.Life service and education for the aged has some achievements by now.Under the concept of life-long learning in the new era,how to combine the development needs of the contemporary education for the elderly with the needs of the elderly’s life service to construct a more perfect education system for the elderly,and to promote the continuous and perfect healthy operation of the education for the elderly in our country has become one of the most important problems in current social education.This paper focuses on the development,construction and perfection of the aged education based on the status quo of Hebei Province to further enhance the level of education for the elderly and strengthen the implementation of the concept of lifelong learning in China.
