摘要
采用ANSYS软件,对一台大型搅拌反应釜进行静强度分析、模态分析、谐响应分析和疲劳分析。重点对该设备的振动特性和疲劳问题进行校核,并结合工程实践进行结构优化。经分析可知,类似的大型搅拌设备发生危险的部位常出现在设备支撑和搅拌口支撑处,为搅拌振动分析提供了理论和实践指导。
Through making use of ANSYS software,the static strength analysis,modal analysis,harmonic analysis and fatigue analysis of a large-sized agitating vessel were implemented,including checking of vibration performance and fatigue life and optimization of the structure through combining with engineering practice.Analytical results indicated that,both vessel support and agitation support are easily destroyed.It provides the guidance for vibration analysis of agitation vessels.
