摘要
共振是机械结构不可避免的问题之一,利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对设计的结构进行模态分析,将有效预估结构的振动特性。以主轴箱为例,运用该软件建立了主轴箱的三维有限元模型,在0~200Hz频率范围内,分析了该主轴箱的前十阶振型,结果表明:该主轴箱的主振频率处于62Hz,为主轴箱的整体设计及其制造提供了科学的依据。
Sympathetic vibration is one of the important problems in machine structure. It calculates the modal analysis of the designed structure on ANSYS, the results effectively estimate vibration characteristic and optimal design of structure. As an example, the spindle box shows the 3D finite element modal. The first ten vibration modes of the spindle box are analyzed in the 0 - 200 Hz frequency range, the result shows that the major mode's frequency of spindle box is 62 Hz and provided a scientific warranty of the technology for the whole design and manufacture of spindle box.
