摘要
中风病恢复期病机多属本虚标实,以本虚为主,标实已退居其次。本虚是指各种致病因素损伤脑髓所致的髓海空虚、髓海既虚则致中风病恢复期缠绵难愈。因肾精生髓、液补脑髓,故髓海亏虚者可通过填精补液而补益脑髓,精虚者通过补肾以填精益髓,津液不归正化而成痰饮者通过化痰以归液生髓,化痰法又包括滋阴补阳化痰浊、健运脾胃消痰湿、顺气通络兼相佐,诸法参用使脑髓生化有源。该文基于脑髓生成理论探讨补肾化痰法在中风病恢复期的应用,使脑髓得充、本虚得补或对中风病患者的康复提供有益帮助。
The pathogenesis of stroke recovery period mostly belongs to asthenia in origin and sthenia in superficiality,asthenia in origin is given priority to,sthenia in superficiality has retreated to the second place.This deficiency refers to the emptiness of the marrow caused by various pathogenic factors to damage the brain,and the emptiness of the brain leads to the lingering recovery of stroke.Because the kidney essence produces the brain,the liquid replenishes the brain,so the brain marrow deficiency can supplement the brain by filling the kidney essence and replenishing the liquid.Those with deficiency of essence can replenish essence to produce marrow by tonifying kidney,while those with phlegm caused by abnormal metaplasia of body fluid can return to fluid to produce marrow by eliminating phlegm.The method of eliminating phlegm includes nourishing Yin and Yang to eliminate phlegm,strengthening spleen and stomach to eliminate phlegm and dampness,regulating Qi and dredging collaterals to assist.The use of various methods can promote the generation of brain marrow.This article is based on the theory of brain marrow generation to explore the application of reinforcing kidney and resolving phlegm method in the recovery period of stroke,so that the brain can be filled,the deficiency can be compensated,or provide beneficial help for the rehabilitation of stroke patients.
