摘要
电力系统继电保护课程行业性和区域性特征非常明显,探索基于电力行业标准的电力系统继电保护课程人才培养模式是大势所趋。在定位分析的基础上,以塔里木大学机械电气化工程学院为例,探索一种基于电力行业标准的电力系统继电保护与自动化人才培养新模式,构建新人才培养模式的实现途径,最终实现人才的创新性发展。
The professionalism and regional characteristics of the course power system relay protection are very obvious.It is a general trend to explore the training mode of the course based on the standards of the power industry.Based on the analysis of the orientation and taking the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Tarim University as an example,this paper explores a new mode of talents training for power system relay protection and automation based on the standards of power industry,and build the way to realize the new talent training mode,and ultimately realize the innovative development of talents.
