2006-2015年驻马店烟区烤烟主要化学成分变化规律研究 被引量:3

Changes of Main Chemical Components of Flue-cured Tobacco in Zhumadian Tobacco Area from 2006 to 2015

摘要 本文分析了2006-2015年10年间驻马店烟区烤烟的主要化学成分及相关比值的变化。结果表明,不同叶位烟叶烟碱含量、总氮含量、两糖比、氮碱比均符合优质烟叶的要求,能够满足工业的需求;总糖含量在2012年、2013年下部叶含量偏低,其余年份均符合优质烟叶要求;烟叶钾含量偏低,但在2006-2015年整体出现上升趋势,氯离子均在0.8%以下,钾氯比仍偏低;烟叶烟碱含量、糖碱比的变异年际波动较大,在2014-2015年下部叶和中部叶烟碱含量、糖碱比变异系数均有下降趋势,但上部叶2013-2015年有急剧上升的趋势。驻马店烟区应加强套餐施肥指导及应对灾害性天气,切实保障烟叶化学成分协调稳定是工作的重点,同时要重点关注提钾降氯和协调糖碱比。 This paper analyzed the changes of the main chemical components and the related ratio of flue-cured tobacco in Zhumadian tobacco area from 2006 to 2015.The results showed that the nicotine content,the total nitrogen content,the ratio of total sugar and reducing sugar,and the ratio of nitrogen to alkali of tobacco leaves in different positions all met the requirements of high-quality tobacco leaves,which could meet the needs of industry.The total sugar content was low in the lower leaves in 2012 and 2013,and met the requirements of high-quality tobacco leaves in the rest years.The potassium content of tobacco leaves was relatively low,but the overall trend was rising from 2006 to 2015.The chloride ions were all below 0.8%,and the ratio of potassium and chloride was still low.The annual change of nicotine content and ratio of sugar and alkali of tobacco leaves fluctuated,and its variation coefficients of lower and middle leaves showed a decreasing trend during 2014-2015,but its variation coefficients of upper leaves increased sharply from 2013 to 2015.The key work of Zhumadian tobacco area should be strengthening the guidance of package fertilization and to deal with the disastrous weather,ensuring the chemical composition coordination and stability of tobacco.At the same time,it is necessary to focus on the potassium increase and chlorine reduction and the coordination between sugar and alkali.
