摘要
为了获取油水分离的关键参数,采用RSM模型对旋流器的单相流场特性进行模拟研究,得到了网格图、流线图和切向速度。结果显示:旋流器单相流场中,流体在圆柱段的运动比较复杂,受到的各种作用力比较多,导致运动速度的变化也比较大;大锥段流体的切向运动比较规律,且运动的范围和剧烈程度都有所下降;小锥段流体的切向运动除了在范围和数值上比较小,其他都较为相似,底流段流体主要是轴向运动;切向速度对分离特性具有重要影响,而入口处产生的湍流是影响流场的关键因素。
In order to obtain key parameters of oil-water separation,The model of RSM was used to simulate the single-phase flow field characteristics of the cyclone.The grid diagram,streamline diagram and tangential velocity were obtained.The results show that in the single-phase flow field of a cyclone,the movement of the fluid in the cylindrical section is more complicated under more various forces,resulting in a larger change in the speed of movement.The tangential motion of the large cone section fluid is relatively regular,and the range and severity of the motion are reduced.The tangential motion of the segment fluid is similar except that it is small in range and value.The fluid in the underflow section is mainly axial motion while the tangential velocity has an important influence on the separation characteristics.The turbulence generated at the inlet is the key factor of flow field.
