摘要
运用商业计算流体力学软件FLUENT对油水分离用水力旋流器(LLHC)进行了三维数值模拟,并对网格的划分、湍流模型和二相流模型的选择及边界条件的设置等技术细节问题进行了探讨。结果表明,运用RSM湍流模型、基于欧拉法的MIXTURE二相流模型和压力边界条件进行数值模拟所获得的速度场、分离效率与实验结果吻合较好。为进一步运用FLUENT软件研究液-液分离水力旋流器的结构优化和性能预测提供了参考。
A three-dimensional numerical simulation on the liquid-liquid hydrocyclone (LLHC) was conducted by utilizing the FLUENT software packager and the corresponding technical problems of the meshing method, the choice of the model of turbulent flow and two-phase flow and the s.etting of the boundary conditions were discussed. The numerical results of the velocity field and separation efficiency agreed with the experimental measurement very well by using the Reynolds-stress model (RSM) of turbulent flow and the MIXTURE model of two-phase flow. This research can provide references for further investigation on the structural optimization and performance of the LLHC by using the FLUENT software package.
