摘要
目的探讨基于通讯平台的延续康复护理对手烧伤整形修复术后患者手关节活动活动康复效果,以及康复依从性的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将86例手烧伤整形修复术后患者分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。患者出院后,对照组给予常规电话随访,每月1次;观察组借助通讯平台开展延续康复护理。比较两组患者康复依从性和手关节运动功能恢复情况。结果观察组患者康复依从率为93.02%,高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(2=11.824,P=0.007)。干预前,两组Fugl-Meyer运动评估(FMA)得分及腕关节背伸活动度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,两组FMA评分及腕关节背伸活动度均提高,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论借助通讯平台对手烧伤整形修复术后患者开展延续康复护理,可有效提高患者康复依从率,促进手关节运动功能恢复,是一种行之有效的护理干预方式。
Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of hand joint activities and the effect of rehabilitation compliance on patients with burn and plastic surgery after continuous rehabilitation nursing based on communication platform.Methods Random number table method was used to divide 86 patients with hand burn and plastic surgery into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.After the patients were discharged from the hospital,the control group was given regular telephone follow-up,once a month;the observation group used the communication platform to carry out continuous rehabilitation care.Rehabilitation compliance and hand joint motor function recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance rate of patients in the observation group was 93.02%,which was higher than 76.74% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (2=11.824,P=0.007).Before the intervention,the Fugl-Meyer exercise assessment (FMA) score and the wrist extensor activity were not significantly different between the two groups (P>0.05).After the intervention,the FMA score and the wrist extensor activity were increased in both groups,and The observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of the communication platform to carry out continuous rehabilitation nursing for patients after burn and plastic repair can effectively improve the patient’s rehabilitation compliance rate and promote the recovery of hand joint motor function.It is an effective nursing intervention method.
