摘要
大数据、算法等人工智能技术的发展与进步,催生了人工智能传播的范式,改变了当前的新闻传播生态,带来了新闻传播在实践、价值观念和生产关系层面的变革。基于人工智能技术发展所处阶段以及人工智能传播治理能力等因素的制约,人工智能传播引发的传播秩序失范问题正在加速解构和重构社会,改变着当前的社会关系。就目前阶段而言,人工智能自始至终依附于有生命体的人而存在。如果传播秩序由技术而不是由人来主导,就急需反思人类本身存在的意义和新闻传播发展的合理性问题。当前,面临人工智能所引发的秩序失范问题,亟待通过法律规制和伦理道德等手段来实现人工智能传播规范化治理。
The development and progress of big data,algorithms and other AI technologies have given birth to the paradigm of AI communication,changed the current news communication ecology,and brought about the transformation of news communication in practice,values and production relations.Based on the restriction of AI technology development stage and AI communication governance ability,the communication disorder caused by AI communication is accelerating the deconstruction and reconstruction of society,changing the current social relations.At this stage,AI has always been attached to living beings.If the communication order is dominated by technology instead of people,it is urgent to reflect on the meaning of human existence and the rationality of the development of news communication.At present,facing the disorder caused by AI,it is urgent to realize the standardized governance of AI transmission through legal regulation,ethics and other means.
